lol, 10. I don't know what that is, but the cover cracks me up and I feel embarrassed for you for ever having bought it (unless it's got some HOT, hot nudity or something).

Love that movie. Will probably buy it on Blu-ray

Every freaking movie you just listed (except Jaws because I've seen it a million times and The Pianist because I don't need it) is queued up for Blu-ray replacement.

Odds are, if its a horror movie for sale, I either have it on Blu-ray, or will.

The Pianist is one of the most beautiful movies I've ever seen. Why would you not need that?

(And the Blu-ray for the film blows dick. For one, it's pan and scanned...)

My DVD is some shitty second-hand full-screen version with a damaged case. So I'm not too worried about letting go of it

Well, the selling has slowed down, so I've put some of my more precious titles back into my library (for now)

Heathers, Goodfellas, The Mist, The House of the Devil, Lost Highway, Bubba Ho-Tep, Event Horizon, Body Double, Memento, and OUATIA are temporarily back home, until I can unload them and get their BDs

I wish there were a program called "BJs or BDs," where you have a choice of trading a DVD in for either a BD or a BJ. I'd hit up that honey at my local used bookstore regularly.

Ok, back to the HME stuff: you get the BU/Synapse orders yet? I'm expecting them any day now since it took about this long to get my other Synapse and Shout Factory orders

I put almost everything from the BU and second Synapse sale into layaway, lol. Haven't been able to pay any of that off yet because of bills and stoof coming in.

You guys are buddies. Get him to PM/email you an honest assessment of when I can expect any of my shit. I don't plan on canceling, I haven't sent threatening emails like some of those dudes, etc.. I'll keep it on the DL

Sent him a Twitta DM. Hopefully that guy starts getting his shit together, because with how much time now it's been, all the reasons I assumed would slow someone down aren't really valid at this point.

Hopefully he won't send a bullshit response like, "They'll be in the mail this weekend!" :p

Have you received anything from HME? Just curious what you have and haven't gotten, because if he hasn't sent stuff out that you ordered prior to the BU sale, that's honestly some extreme bullshit right there and I'll have to get on his case about it. Can't really help with the BU stuff, though; I guess that gets sent when it's sent.

He definitely wasn't prepared for this whole thing; I wish I hadn't posted those sales on the Blu-ray.com board. Demetrios honestly already had a hard enough time getting items out on time for small orders; I should've known better than to post the sales on a big board like that.

He only just sent out the Rock 'n' Roll Nightmare DVD that was out of stock when I ordered in mid November. :p Didn't think it would take this many months to actually get it (and was it actually sent, or...? I won't know till I have it).

I got all my pre-BU stuff long ago. But I've got nothing since, including the Jan. Synapse sale. I'm going to wait it out, and if I end up getting fucked or he goes bankrupt I'll take as a sign that I've spent enough on movies for one lifetime. Or hope he attends a convention near this part of the country and entertain the thought of fucking him up

The original releases have bonus discs and much higher MSRPs, so I'm guessing that's the only difference.
