Converting FLAC to MP3/AAC

HOW DOES IT? WHAT PROGRAM USE?

Tried figuring it out in VLC, but the playback would just be ear-exploding white noise.

Anyone know of any plug-in that allows you to play and convert FLACs in ayeT00nz?

I thought you could just import those right into iTunes.

I use foobar, you can convert easily with that program.
