How awesome Protest The Hero is? They have a cd/dvd titled Gallop Meets The Earth coming out next month. Shall be sweet.

I think they're cool for a few songs, but I don't really enjoy listening to a full cd.

That's just awesome, though.

I only have Fortress. I need their debut album. I haven't listened to them in ages now that I think about it.

I can't remember if I heard the whole thing or not. I had Fortress on my iPod but deleted half of it.

Its a decent album. His vocals aren't something that you hear often so it sounds rather fresh. Once they release a third studio album I'm sure it'll be even better than Fortress

I haven't forgotten because there's nothing to remember. They aren't very good.

His voice isn't that unusual. It's a mix between pop/emo vocals and a good voice. It's like if the singer from My Chemical Romance had a decent voice.

lol My Chemical Romance. I would throw something at them if I go to Soundwave next year.

I like Protest the Hero, I have Fortress. It's a bit different, the vocals are kinda a turn off in some respects, coming off as a bit typicalish at moments, either that or simply imo being detrimental to the music overall. I though think there is some great musicmanship in their music, and can enjoy particular moments what they are doing, and their progish sounding music. I still don't think I'd listen to them on a regular basis, it's more something, I listen to when I'm in a particular mood. More or less. (I'm still giving them time to grow on me) I'd rather listen to Between the Buried and Me, in comparison though, in that department, which aren't a band I regularly listen to either. I just like their style more.
