Yeah shit is slow of late. We all need to try and keep this place afloat if we want it to carry on and expand. My presence on the boards will pick up shortly. I'm semi trying for the trial HSC exams. I can't really be bothered to care about a trial but i'm giving them a half arse go so my teachers can't bitch saying that i didn't try. More than likely i will place in the top 3 spots for most of my classes anyway.

I got Vanna's cd Curses last year and ignored them for awhile as i disliked them at first but over the course of the year they have grown on me and have become one of my favourite bands. They get classified as metalcore but i say their sound is closer to the post hardcore scene as they seem rather similar to bands such as BlessTheFall.

Last night i had wasabi marmalade. It had the wasabi taste to it at first but it wasn't very strong and after a few seconds the wasabi flavour died down.

Vocals sound a lot better than Vol. 3. Wasn't too fond of the riff at the beginning... Seems more like a transition part or chorus rather than a verse, so it's not a big deal. I'd get used to it or like it in context with the rest of the song. All in all, I am pleased with this. Can't wait for the full length version later tonight.

Because I have all three albums and despite what people were telling you I can easily say it's their worst album. I agree with your boring thing somewhat, I wouldn't say it's boring, just ok, not outstanding. My favorite song on the album is Solitude, and that's not even their own song. To me it doesn't carry the core sound that StS has come to become.

Ghosts of Loss I would say is their second best, and it is 100 times better than The Morning Never Came. Hope, however, is still my favorite.
